======= SPECIAL FRIDAY EDITION ======

Dear Parler Paris Reader,

In just a few days, I’ll be celebrating my 11th anniversary in Paris. It’s hard to believe, but I can still remember what it was like to spend almost every waking moment dreaming of a life in France. Paris has never disappointed me — I still pinch myself as I’m walking along a “pont” crossing the powerful and sensual Seine, the stately stone monuments lit softly as if by candlelight, reflected on the smooth waters. Can’t you just picture it? Lucky me…it’s no longer my dream…but my reality!

But, not everyone wants to live permanently in France like I did. I have hundreds of friends and acquaintances who share their time between France and America…quite successfully. Let’s face it, it can be the best of both worlds! They have discovered that they can own property here in France to enjoy when they can (like a sweet pied-à-terre on the Ile Saint Louis or a stone cottage in the heart of Provence) and many not only recover their expenses, but earn nice profits by renting it out to visitors (and watch it appreciate as much as 15% per year compounded!) — people just like themselves who have the same desire to spend time in this beautiful country.

Eleven years ago had no idea what would fall in my path along the way to fulfilling my dream. There were hurdles to jump, battles to fight and pitfalls to avoid. But I learned hard and well…and prospered. So well, that I’m now enjoying the benefits of an apartment in a 17th-century building in Le Marais, one of the oldest parts of Paris, that has tripled in value since I bought it 5 years ago!

It was one of the smartest investments I’ve ever made. I’ve watched it grow in value and the neighborhood gentrify. I’ve come to know my neighbors, the merchants and the administrators at the City Hall of the “arrondissement.” This sense of belonging and enriching prosperity I don’t believe would have happened anywhere else. For that, I am eternally grateful to Paris and France.

There’s no reason why you can’t do this, too. If you want to have “la vie Française” in Paris or anywhere in France…if you want to visit a few weeks a year, but stay in your own pied-à-terre…if you want to confidently make an investment you know will reap you rewards…then now’s your opportunity to learn how.

Myself along with a team of the finest professionals Paris, Europe and North America has to offer, will show you how to make your dreams come true, too. This coming October, we’re coming to both coasts of the U.S. to make it simple and easy!

There is nothing else you can do in less time and as inexpensively to learn all you need to make your dream to live in France come true or make a profitable investment in French property than take advantage of our power-packed three-day conference in San Francisco or one-day seminar in New York City!

You choose…three days in San Francisco to learn everything about living in France…or one day in New York to learn how to make a profitable investment in France!…

Living and Investing in France Conference
October 21 – 23, 2005
Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco

Invest in France Seminar
October 26 , 2005
Harvard Club, New York City

I urge you to learn more about these valuable learning experiences…with seasoned experts and professionals you can count on to give you the hard facts and the true story…the lessons to help you jump the hurdles higher, fight the battles stronger, avoid the pitfalls faster.

Plus, we’re going to make it lots of fun! We’ll have special meals together, present guest speakers, serve up cocktail parties and make sure you get to know one another…you’ll make friends, you’ll meet important advisors, you’ll discover that yes, it’s really possible!

I can assure you, the places will be taken quickly. Gathering this information on your own could take months of research and expense — so just one day in New York or a weekend in San Francisco is a very small investment to make.

Act now. There are limitations to how many seats there are — but we’re offering a special price to those who register early — a savings of $150 a person! And when you bring a spouse, partner or friend (in New York, bring up to three friends at the same discount!), you will save another $150 a person!

With just a few weeks to make your plans and the places being taken up very quickly, we encourage you to delay no further to register. Take $150 off the regular price when you register on or before September 21st and know that to
get the same advice and information would cost you a whole lot more time and money and…angst! — just like it cost me.

Now I bring it all to you. Be there. San Francisco or New York. You choose. Either way you win.
