We will also provide assistance upon request for representation at the signings of the Promesse or Compromis de Vente and Acte de Vente with Power of Attorney, assist in the engagement of a Notaire to administer the transaction and assistance in meeting all the parameters and time-sensitive deadlines as required and outlined in the Promesse or Compromis de Vente and Acte de Vente.

Marketing Assistance Package: 1.5% Commission of Total Purchase Selling of Property*

*Minimum 3,750€, payable upon date of signing of Acte to Vente, converted to US Dollars, based on rate of exchange at Moneycorp.com on the date of transaction.
