"Living
the Dream to Live in France" --
a 2010
Speaking Tour with Adrian Leeds
(Plus On-Site Private Consultations)
Perhaps you dream of owning property in France, but don’t
know how to go about doing it. The system is very different in France
from the U.S. and littered with ‘pitfalls,’ but is very "doable"
given the right information and advice.
During
a two-hour PowerPoint presentation, Adrian Leeds, Director of the Adrian
Leeds Group, will provide a basis from which you can accomplish your
goals to invest in real estate in Paris or other areas of France. Adrian
will give an overview of the property market in France and a description
of what is involved in order to make a viable investment that will provide
both pleasure and reward. She will share her experience and knowledge
in a way that will enable a would-be investor to make the right decisions
to fulfill his own personal dream.
Following
the presentation, you'll have an opportunity to ask questions related
to the topics covered:
•
Why Invest in Property in France
• How to Minimize Tax and Maximize Benefits
• How to Find Property in France
• How to Buy and Own Property in France
• How to Obtain a Mortgage in France
• How to Renovate and Rent Your French Property for Profit
• What is the Fractional Ownership Solution
• Understanding the Legal Requirements to Own Property and/or
Live in France
• How to Reduce the Currency Exchange Risk

16-18, 2010
Las
Vegas, Nevada
Adrian
Leeds will be a guest speaker at the Live &
Invest Overseas Conference on "Living the
Dream to Live in France"
If
money were no object, what would your dream retirement
look like? This fall, let International Living show
you where you can make that dream your reality…
for as little as $649 a month. Maybe you long for your
own cottage on a quiet beach… a grand apartment
in a city vibrant with concerts and cafes...a mountain
villa where the air is crisp… or even your own
vineyard amid gently rolling hills. Whatever you fantasize
about... come with that idea in mind. We’ll show
you the places in the world today where you can live
your dream, for a small fraction of what you’d
pay for a comparable life at home.
