Le Bac Marché is a fashionable studio apartment that sits on well-known rue du Bac, in the heart of an upscale Parisian neighborhood. The décor is proudly traditional and gives a feeling of warmth and security for all who stay there.
The main room is equipped with a Murphy bed which descends from its hiding spot at night to provide a comfortable sleeping experience, and then goes neatly back into place to provide plenty of daytime living space. Also in this room is a dining table, a plush sofa with ample pillows and a beautiful, large cabinet with dishes and storage space. There is hanging space along an adjoining wall.
Also provided is a flat screen television, telephone and high-speed Internet, all included in the price of your rental. Calls to landlines in 100 countries are free of charge.
In the next room is the well equipped kitchen,with a modern two-burner stove, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and combination washer/dryer. All cookware and utensils are provided should you want to make your own meals.
The bathroom comes with a toilet, full sized stand up shower stall and plenty of storage. High quality sheets and towels are provided for your stay.

Le Bac Marche was a perfect apartment for our trip to Paris. Everything was wonderful about booking from the first email. I received prompt responses and all my questions were answered immediately. We were given specific arrival instructions which made finding the apartment very easy. We were thrilled that the pictures accurately portrayed the apartment. It was a gorgeous apartment and there were no surprises. We did not know much about the area as this was our first trip to Paris. We were thrilled to discover that our apartment was in a perfect central location in Paris! We only took the metro twice and walked everywhere we wanted to go during our week stay. The brasserie right next door served the best dessert we ate in Paris! When we return to Paris, we will rent Le Bac Marche again without hesitation.

Le Bac Marché is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is very quiet (no noise from the cafe downstairs or street). It is also in a wonderful location - close enough to the Seine as well as the 7th and 6th, with many restaurants/bakeries and shopping nearby. My only complaint is that it's on the first level with windows out onto the courtyard - this might be a privacy issue for some as I had to close the windows while changing (it seems as if people in the courtyard can look into the apartment). Otherwise, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen amenities are new and with an oven which is hard to find in Paris, and the bathroom is small but a perfect size for two with great water pressure! I went with my boyfriend and we had a relaxing and romantic vacation, which Le Bac Marché made even better! We will always remember this cute apartment.
