Cité Dupetit Thouars, 3rd Arrondissement, Studio, Sleeps up to 4
Le Beau Marais is a newly restored gem that has been completely transformed into a luxurious and comfortable dream apartment. The large studio apartment is located on an historic and quiet "cul de sac," and promises a very tranquil "sejour" in the City of Light. Located on the third floor (3 flights up) with an elevator and digicode/intercom entry systems, this studio will amaze you with its well thought-out fit and finish, seen to by our professional Interior Designer, Martine di Matteo. The color scheme is long on contrast, with blackberry and cream being most dominant. Exquisite fabrics are evident throughout the apartment and elegant Toiles de Jouy have been used to full effect.
The apartment can be enjoyed in five distinct spaces. Just inside the door and opposite one of the large windows, is an elliptical dining table with seating for four people. To the left is a sumptuous cream colored, leather sofa bed, which provides a comfortable night’s sleep for two. From the sofa, you will be able to watch a new flat screen television, equipped with cable TV and over 100 channels. The DVD player may get lots of use as you partake of the apartment’s video library.
Beyond the sofa bed is an open kitchen, complete with full sized combination microwave and traditional oven, two-burner stove, “Nespresso” coffee machine (and pods provided), refrigerator and all the utensils and cooking implements that you may need. The expansive countertop gives loads of space to practice your culinary skills and the window in the kitchen provides a great cross breeze in summer.
The bathroom is sleek and shiny, with an ample supply of plush towels, a heated towel rack, shower with rainfall showerhead and a washer/dryer combination machine.
The bedroom area of Le Beau Marais is sumptuous, with a comfortable new queen-size bed, flanked by matching night tables. An apartment-wide drapery can be drawn closed to make this area into its own private sanctuary. There are two large closets with mirrored doors, which provide lots of storage space for clothing and personal effects.
Staying connected will be easy from Le Beau Marais, with free WiFi internet access and unlimited free telephone calls to over 70 countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and most European countries.

On our first visit to Paris we loved our stay in Le Beau Marais. The apartment was light and cheerful. The location was very convenient to transportation and a MonoPrix. The elevator is good for transporting luggage from the ground up to the 3rd floor apartment, but not really "rider friendly." If negotiating the stairs after dark, be aware that the lights are on a short timer and may leave you in the dark. If we return to Paris, we would love to stay there again.

We stayed in the Beau Marais for five days on vacation in Paris. Everything was great--everyone was very helpful with very nice service and the concierge was waiting to give us the keys and introduce us to the flat and the area. The apartment is very cute and clean and in a very quiet spot. Very nice place with all amenities and elevator access. Located close to many Métro lines and with plenty of shopping/restaurants/bars/cafes nearby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a great sense of the city!
The apartment was really quiet in a busy city location. Nearby transportation was easy to access, three Metro stations made getting around the city a snap. The nearby park was lovely with all the spring blooms and baby ducks on the pond were such a treat! The market provided us with both food and entertainment, all excellent. The nearby restaurants each introduced us to great food and a taste of local, neighborhood life. The Monoprix provided what the market couldn't including candles, wine, and insight into what the average nearby resident might be having for his or her evening meal. Even though the apartment was small, it had what we needed. The kitchen area was compact but the two burner stove top worked exceptionally well heating quickly and evenly. We made more than a couple of fine meals in that tiny space and enjoyed eating them by the window in the dining area. All in all we had a fine time at Le Beau!

Le Beau Marais is truly a magical place in Paris. It is beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a stay in Paris. It is centrally located, close to Métro, conveniences, and many fine restaurants. It is clean and quiet. I felt like I was coming home every night.

We truly enjoyed our stay at "Le Beau Marais." Everything we needed was there. The decoration is amazing and so is the use of the space -- so well thought! This area of Paris is very lively and yet the street is quiet. from the moment we decided to rent this apartment to the time we left for the train station we appreciated the full proof organization of Parler Paris Apartments.

We loved our little apartment in Paris, Le Beau Marais. It was easy to pretend we actually lived in Paris, if only for a short while. The flat is verY conveniently located, close to several Métro stops, but the best convenience is that around the corner (to the right as you come out to the main street of rue du Temple), there is a Monoprix -- Food, wine and stuff you may need such as toiletries and socks etc., very close, and on the way "home" if you get off at the République Métro stop. The flat is small but not tiny -- we felt we had plenty of space as we were two friends traveling together. The flat is located on a little back street, so it is very quiet -- absolutely no traffic noise. There is plenty of closet space for our fabulous fashion finds :-). We will book again for sure! Merci et à bientôt!

Le Beau Marais was just the perfect little hide-away. This particular trip for us was in celebration of my husband’s 70th birthday, and it just could not have been more delightful. I also want to give another shout-out to the Concierge -- she was great. This was actually the first time we’d ever rented a place to ourselves, and was really different because we had it to ourselves and it was in an area we grew to appreciate more every day. We loved the location so close to Métros and Place de la République. We adored the apartment. The appointments of the apartment are just wonderful. It’s a space smaller than my Omaha living room, but used so well. It never felt cramped and the storage made all the difference. I really appreciated all the towels and provisions that were furnished like cleaning supplies. I really really appreciated the free WiFi and phone, and the elevator made all the difference. In fact, even as I’d seen this apartment, it turns out, on HGTV, way before I even started looking for apartments, what I was actually searching for was one with an elevator, and happened upon this, only realizing afterwards that it was the TV one. And...since I’m a "toile de Jouy" junkie..."tant mieux!!!" We have NO complaints and were so happy to have stayed in Le Beau Marais. "Un grand merci de tout coeur" for everthing.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this small apartment was for a four-week stay. We enjoyed the lovely walks we could take to many of the most interesting parts of the city. It meant a lot to be able to make calls from from the apartment and to be able to do laundry as we needed to. Great choices in design, colors, furniture and use of space -- as artful as the glorious city itself.

Our family enjoyed our rental experience with Parler Paris. My husband and I were in Le Beau Marais and our adult children were in the apartment below us, L'Aubergine. Both apartments had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the greeter meeting us and getting us settled and for being our contact in case we needed anything. The location of these apartments was ideal--on a quiet street yet close to stores and the bustling Place de la Republique. We especially like the new Nespresso machine in Le Beau Marais--a great way to start the day and a lovely way to enjoy an evening. We were very comfortable.

Le Beau Marais was the perfect pied-à-terre for my month long stay in Paris. The apartment is centrally located with the Monoprix, three banks, a boulangerie, two Métro stations and several cafés just steps away. Having a washer/dryer made it possible for me to keep packing to a minimum. Had I not, there was plenty of closet space - almost more than at home. With wifi, I was able to stay in touch with the office and family. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Highly recommended apartment...exactly as portrayed on the Web site, as well as spotlessly clean and well fitted out. Location is great with Métro just around the corner so every part of Paris is easily accessible. Local restaurants and cafés offer a great mix of menus and the local bakeries are to die for -- live now and diet later. Service excellent from booking online through to meet and greet. We will return!!!!!

Traveling alone, my studio was perfect. The apartment was stylish, comfortable and clean. It had everything that I could possibly need. Listening to French CD's on the stereo while eating fabulous cheese and drinking fantastic red wine while sitting relaxed in my own apartment in Paris was a dream come true. The location was terrific...large supermarket around the corner as well as 2 metro stations just a short walk away, plus I could walk to anywhere in the Marais area plus many other areas as well. I could even walk to the Louvre. The neighborhood was very French...no tourists to speak of and within a few days I felt just like a local. After a long day sightseeing it was wonderful to come home to a very special apartment.
