Rue Charlot, 3rd Arrondissement, Le Marais, Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2
There isn't an apartment in Paris more charming and cheerful...ask all who have had the pleasure of staying here."Le Provençal" studio is located on the quiet courtyard of a very charming 18th-century building in the heart of Le Marais. It is completely equipped in spite of its size! In fact, anyone who has ever had the pleasure of being a guest will tell you that it is missing NOTHING!
Complete with a king size bed that converts to twin beds when desired, a Siemens brand washer/dryer combination, espresso maker, microwave, toaster-oven, two-burner ceramic stove, refrigerator, high speed Internet with WiFi, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and free(!) long distance phone service...not to mention plenty of soap, shampoo, body wash, tissues, toilet paper and all the other toiletries...this delightful and cozy studio makes a perfect Parisian home for one or two.
The studio has been crafted with loving hands by a local mosaic artist who created the mosaic-tiled kitchen and bathroom and special touches on the walls. The bright colors of Provence make it a continuously happy place to hang your hat after a long day visiting Paris.
The bath is equipped with both a rain shower head and hand-held shower, magnifying mirror, hair dryer and glass shelving to put all your personal belongings. There is ample storage space in a floor-to-ceiling closet equipped with a clothing hamper, marketing cart, step stool, three areas of hanging space for your clothing, four drawers and lots of shelving.
Located on the third floor (European, no elevator) up sweet carpeted wooden Marais stairs, facing southeast, this quiet studio gets a beautiful amount of sunlight through all three windows, decorated with colored shades and white linen drapes. When the windows are open, you'll be able to smell the fresh rosemary planted in the window boxes.

The most charming apartment. You have thought of every detail. This studio has character and thought in its design. The location couldn't be more ideal. Paris never disappoints. I have been here many many times and each time I discover something new.

Le Provençal is the most beautiful apartment. Its beautiful sunflower colors created many smiles. We felt at home at once, both here and in the perfect Parisian neighborhood. Five days was not enough. We will most certainly be back. Thanks so, so much!
Holly and Zena, Sydney Australia
What a fabulous 10 days we have had in your apartment! The location was perfect. The patisserie, markets, shops and restaurants have been fantastic! This location has been a fantastic base to visit everything Paris has to offer. We've had a brilliant time and have been thankful to return each day to Le Provençal. We had everything we needed.
Kim & Shayne, Brisbane Australia
We loved the apartment. I would say that the apartment is larger than a hotel room with the bonus of a kitchenette and the freedom of feeling like a Parisian local. It was in a fabulous location, close to a few different Métro lines to get you around the city and also to walk everywhere, too. After staying at Le Provençal, I don't think I would ever stay in a hotel again. Thank you for making my stay in Paris so memorable.
Edina J., Sydney, Australia
Le Provençal is bright and welcoming each day that we returned from a sojourn through this beautiful city. The neighborhood is friendly and interesting. We had so much fun and will always remember this special trip. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a lovely place.

It is always a pleasure to begin a holiday, aftern enduring a long, long flight from the Land Down Under, with a huge welcome from Adrian in her cheerful apartment, sparkling bright in the sunshine. Thank you, Adrian, for truly great accommodation and for being your wonderful self. There is no doubt always you have my five-star rating.
Patricia Y., Hampton, Australia
The location is 5-star incredible. The street near the apartment has some of the very best restaurants and is the chic place to be in Paris. The Métro is easy to catch from here. The apartment is super quiet because of its inner courtyard and gets great light. The bed is comfy -- very well organized for a studio apartment. The shower is elegant and efficient...perfect for a couple. Adrian, the TV celebrity, is a very gracious and efficient host. There is a baker around the corner that has some of the best almond croissants ever, fresh from oven. The weekend had a huge flea market of antiques and vintage clothes -- my wife was overwhelmed by the vintage Chanels, etc. The tour bus to catch all the sights is close by to catch -- about a 5-minute walk.

We had a wonderful time in Le Provençal -- everything was absolutely perfect. We didn't need anything at all. The apartment was very well equipped as well as very functional. It's decorated with very good taste, so cozy and cute, the wonderful combination of colors that Adrian used in the apartment cheers you up as soon as you walk in. We definitely felt in our piece of Parisian heaven! The location is amazing, in the middle of Le Marais, next to rue de Bretagne where we enjoyed everyday the picturesque French scenery, with the fresh food shops, fruits and flowers. Not to mention all the fabulous fashion shops of Le Marais. It's such a lively neighborhood, we loved it! We travel very frequently to Paris and have always stayed at hotels but honestly, staying at this cute apartment felt like staying in our own pied-à-terre, very personal and very real. It was way better than staying in a five-star hotel! We'll definitely do this again and again. Thank you very much to Adrian because we arrived late at night and she was waiting for us with a big smile to let us in and show us all the apartment amenities. Thank you Adrian! We truly appreciated that! All the Adrian Leeds team did a wonderful job to make sure our stay was pleasant and wonderful. Thanks to all of you and specially to Adrian and John who took care of everything until the last detail.
Irene S., Luxembourg

As always, we loved Paris, especially Le Marais! Le Provençal is in a perfect location -- close to everything! The neighborhood is fantastic and there's always something to do or eat. We'll be back!

Thank you for all your help and patience which made our Paris visit so much more ejoyable. The apartment was charming and its location perfect. Hard to believe so much could be compacted with such exactness into a small space. The decor was/is fabulous and most significantly, cheerful. We loved the city, its culture and restaurants and hope to return soon. Our best to you -- you are terrific.

What a fab location! We discovered delightful areas of Paris that we hadn't known existed and went to bed each night filled with the rich sights, sounds and smells of the Marais...wonderful.

I had the pleasure of spending four nights in this charming apartment a couple of years ago. It is everything Adrian says it is. Plus cafés, galleries, some great shopping and the Métro all within an easy walk. We are staying again next March. A big like from me.
