Ready, Willing and Able to Sell! Four New Paris Properties…

Volume XII, Issue 46

The Adrian Leeds Group just got ‘groupier.’ After ‘jumping through many French hoops,’ the group is adding the listing of properties for sale in Paris and other parts of France to our offerings of services…based on the quality of the property for resale BY and TO North Americans and other Anglophones (without specific exclusion, of course, of anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property!).

Our “raison d’être” at the Adrian Leeds Group is to provide as wide a range of property services FOR North Americans
, BY North Americans. Australians, New Zealanders and Anglophone speakers far and wide are very welcome to our community, but we have seen clearly over the years that ‘culturally speaking,’ we tend to work more effectively with people of our own background and similar thinking, who can easily communicate in the same language and who understand each other with little or no conflict or confusion. I have always joked that we know each other so well, that ‘there is simply conversation we don’t need to have.’

It’s taken a long time to get to this point from an administrative standpoint, but we’re ready — more than ready to take on the new challenge! Very soon, you will see a whole new and expansive Web site for the Adrian Leeds Group, but for now, we have concentrated our efforts on bringing you the first of four properties on the market for immediate sale!

The criteria for properties we represent for sale are on as high a standard as the properties we have represented for rental. Knowing who our market is (you!) and what appeals to them (you!) is the key to our future success — as our offerings will be the ‘cream of the crop’ suited to buyers (and sellers) just like you. If a property doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll recommend the seller find another agency to represent it…simple as that. We will not waste your time, nor ours, offering up properties we wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend as viable investments.

We have always prided ourselves in being able to advise with confidence so that you can trust you will make the best purchase/investment you can make — not just buy an apartment an agent wants to sell because it’s been on the books way too long. This means that you will have a better opportunity by first perusing our listings and then if nothing suits you, arrange for us to provide a full search for the property of your dreams.

Meanwhile, here are our first four, with many more to come. We fully expect and hope that if you have a property you wish to sell, you will allow us the opportunity to list it and sell it to someone just like yourself. We know how important it is to pass on a property to someone who appreciates it as much as you have!

Each property has a reference number or name which will help you in your search. In order by number…
