Dear Parler Paris Reader,

North American Expat Financial Forum - Paris, France

We must face the facts. Money is a big issue. Without it we can't do or afford much. If we want to pick up and move to France, we need enough to show the French government we can sustain ourselves without dipping into their social security pockets. If we want to invest in a property in France, we have to have enough in the bank to make a down payment, pay the closing costs, show the lender we have enough to pay back the mortgage and then, i9f that's not enough, we need enough money to renovate and decorate our new French home.

Yep, money is what makes the world go round, like it or not.

This is why we're going to be talking about money from many different angles over the course of four hours on May 30th in the comfort of the big meeting room at the historic Alsatian restaurant, Chez Jenny, here in Paris...all expenses paid!

Yep, this time, it's FREE.

Thanks to the sponsorship of Caye International Bank and Moneycorp Currency Specialists, you will have the luxury of hearing presentations from seven international professionals in the field of money and investment while being wined and "hors d'oeuvred" absolutely FREE!

Last year we met in Nice. This year we are meeting in Paris. Hosted by Dunhill Financial and the Adrian Leeds Group, we are coming together once again to bring you the North American Expat Financial Forum!

Take just a few hours of your time from 4 to 8 p.m. in the luxury of the big meeting room at Chez Jenny to learn all you need to know about planning for a successful financial future. Sure, it’s complicated, particularly for expats living on both sides of the big pond, but that’s why this team of experts will be discussing and enlightening you with the basics you need to know in order to plan and invest in France successfully, finance your property investments, minimize your taxes, protect your assets and deal with currency exchange to your benefit. Our speakers will share with you their knowledge and experience on a variety of financial subjects designed specifically for North American expats.

In alphabetical order (the final agenda order will vary)...

•    Christell Colairo of Moneycorp Exchange Experts will explain why a currency broker is the most cost effective and efficient way of exchanging currencies and managing your finances on different continents.

•    Brian Dunhill of Dunhill Financial, will go over the FATCA regulations (the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and how to arrange your financial and estate planning in Europe.

•    Michael Larsen, of American Citizens Abroad, will enlighten us on US banking from abroad and provide an intro to the State Department Federal Credit Union.

•    Carl Mir, of Mir Taxes, along with Brian Dunhill, will talk about managing currency risk for your investments and how they are taxed.

•    Amaury de Monclin, of Bluesky Finance, will give you the 101 course of financing your French property.

•    Peter Zipper, President of Caye International Bank, Belize, will offer an off-shore banking alternative that is the best in the world for asset protection.

•    And me, Adrian Leeds, of the Adrian Leeds Group, will walk you through the process of purchasing French property and how much you can expect to invest.

About half-way through we’ll take a pause for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres – then, before we close, the entire panel will be open for a Q and A session – where you will be able to ask us anything!

You will have an opportunity to talk individually with the speakers and you will walk away with your own copy of the American Expat Financial Guide published by Dunhill Financial.

All this costs NOTHING -- for the four hours of presentations, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and your free copy of the American Financial Guide!

Then, we invite you to stay for dinner at the historic Chez Jenny with the entire team of speakers and other attendees!...

June 13, 2017

Antonio Meza

Antonio Meza,

"Storytelling in Paris"

Everybody comes to Paris wanting to live a story worth telling. That was Antonio's intention when arriving to Paris 13 years ago.

After different "reincarnations" as a student in cinema, photographer, tourist guide, professional trainer, public speaker and coach, Antonio finally reconnected with his life-passion... visual storytelling. Currently, he works as a cartoon artist illustrating books and creating animated videos, but also as a graphic facilitator fostering processes of change in organizations.

In our June session, Antonio will share his experience as a storyteller and will facilitate an interactive workshop to help people connect with their own "Paris story" and with each other at a different level.
