La Grenata is already on our Web site! This is the apartment featured in our latest House Hunter’s International episode “Starting Over in Paris” (House Hunters International ). Located on rue Greneta in the 2nd arrondissement just off the famous shopping street, rue Montorgueil, it’s a two-bedroom, two-bath luxury apartment designed and decorated by Martine di Mattéo. La Greneta has more treats in store for you than just great access to the edible kind. This roomy two-bedroom, two-bath apartment will knock your socks off with its fabulous décor of whites and fuchsia, spaciousness, seemingly endless amenities and overall comfort and convenience. Both La Musique and La Fille du Calvaire are ready for rental, but not yet on our Web site. Both are two-bedrooms, two-bath luxury apartments in the 3rd arrondissement of Le Marais, both near boulevard Beaumarchais and easy walking distance from one another. Both are quiet on large and sunny courtyards. Both were renovated and decorated by designer Martine di Mattéo. Both are absolutely gorgeous and luxurious and for want of nothing. Bookings can start immediately – and no doubt you’ll love either one you choose. Just ask our team to send you photos in advance of the Web site pages.

La Fleur de Poitou is in the final stages of adding every last detail. Mosaic artist Véronique Husson worked with Martine di Mattéo to turn the bath and kitchen into a violet floral garden. Located in the heart of the 3rd on rue Poitou steps from rue Charlot and rue de Bretagne, it’s a one-bedroom apartment bathed in sunlight that sleeps up to four. Nothing has been spared to turn this 18th-century building with exposed beams to a perfect haven in Le Marais. Watch for the site pages coming soon as it’s ready for photos, but book now and rest assured it will be just as great as all of our other designer apartments.

The last two are not in Paris – but in the South of France on the well-heeled Riviera in the city of Nice.

Located on the Côte d’Azur with an international airport, you can travel there directly from anywhere. In the winter, while most cities are cold and gray, Nice is sunny and relatively warm. What a great way to get away from Winter!

The first apartment is Le Matisse, my own Niçois creation with the formidable mosaic work of Véronique Husson and décor talents of Martine di Mattéo.

Currently under renovation and planned for rental by February 2012, Le Matisse is a one-bedroom atelier that sleeps up to four in Nice’s chicest and safest districts – Le Carré d’Or. Just as colorful, bright and happy as any Matisse painting, Le Matisse has three large floor-to-ceiling windows facing south for sun all day long and a balcony on which you can watch the passers-by on rue Masséna. Within a few moments, you can reach the beach, shop till you drop, dine in dozens of restaurants, gamble at the casinos, visit Old Nice and Cour Saleya, rent a car to visit the Riviera and have absolutely everything at your fingertips.

Le Matisse will be the first of many to come at our new Web site: Parler Nice Apartments. Until then, email our team to learn more and book your stay…particularly for the Carnaval de Nice February 17th through March 4th – as you won’t want to miss this grand event along with the Lemon Festival in nearby Menton during the same period.

Then, soon after, the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment adjacent to Le Matisse will be ready for your stay. On the same floor sharing an entrance, this luxury apartment also renovated and decorated by the same great team, can be reserved alone or in conjunction with Le Matisse. It doesn’t even have a name yet, but we expect it will be ready for occupancy as early as March 2012. This means that traveling with up to 10 people, you can all stay in the same spot with all the same luxury amenities and conveniences.
