Your Next Stay in the Drop-Dead Parisian Life of Luxury

If you read yesterday’s Parler Paris Nouvellettre®, then you know that during the filming of House Hunter’s International, we visited three apartments with the purchaser, who in the end of course, chooses one to purchase, renovate and enjoy. Two of those apartments were “turn-key” — or “ready to move in” — already renovated, decorated and ‘drop-dead’ gorgeous with nothing to do but deposit the suitcases and move right in.

The reason for that is that these two are already “Parler Paris Apartments” — apartments that we found for our clients, helped them purchase and with the fine talents of Interior Architect Martine di Mattéo, renovated and decorated them. They are now available for your divine pleasure during your next stay in Paris! And they are just two of several new luxury “pied-a-terres” that have been added to our ‘roster’ of ‘drop-dead’ gorgeous Paris apartments.

1-5-12 101-bien-illumine-parisLe Bien Illuminé” is just that — bright and light and glowing! It’s a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a centuries-old building tucked away on a quiet street in the Upper Marais. Just a few steps away is Paris’ famous Chez L’Amis Louis where presidents have dined (Jacques Chirac and Bill Clinton, to be exact). It has big windows, lots of light and fabulous decor including an original painting by Pascal Amblard married with antique touches to compliment the contemporary design and bright red accents. It’s perfect for up to four and has absolutely everything you might need (and then some) to make your stay “bien illuminé” (lit up!) every minute you’re in Paris.

1-5-12 au-vieux parisFor a completely different experience, “Au Vieux Paris” is oozing with Paris charm. Situated in a ‘drop-dead’ fabulous location on Paris’ first paved street with a view on the carousel at the Saint-Paul Métro in Le Marais and with more windows and light than you can imagine, this large one bedroom apartment that sleeps up to four is Parler Paris Apartments’ answer to the Paris café. Have your wine at the bar, your café at the booth, take note of the offerings on the “ardoise” (chalk board) and you’ll know you have arrived in Paris! Authentic Paris lanterns adorn every inch of the apartment along with two original paintings by Pascal Amblard, a fireplace, artisan-constructed oak cabinetry, a well-appointed kitchen (including dishwasher), two flat-screen TVs, a shower plus a powder room and guess what? It’s air-conditioned! Your dream come true, right?

1-5-12 tour-des-bourgeoisIf you are traveling with your family or friends, and you love to be in the middle of it all, then you will want to hang your proverbial hat at “La Tour des Bourgeois” — a three-bedroom, two-bath ‘drop-dead’ spacious luxurious apartment in one of Paris’ most historical buildings dating back to 1510 at…once again…an incomparable location. With a view on the ‘cross-rues’ of Vieille du Temple and des Francs Bourgeois, it’s a shopper’s paradise and never-ending eye candy. The kitchen is every gourmet’s dream with exceptional counter space, a La Cornue 4-burner gas stovetop with hotplate and oven, an enormous, double door refrigerator with integrated wine cooler and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and on and on and on. You will think you have died and gone to Marais heaven when you rest your weary visitor’s bones on the cool leather of the living room sofa (a comfy convertible so it sleeps up to eight) while you peer out on the activity below from the very high aristocratic windows that circle the apartment with light.

These are just three of the 27 ‘drop-dead’ gorgeous luxurious apartments in Paris (and not to forget those in Nice) that Parler Paris Apartments offers to virtually guarantee your stay in Paris will be much more than that — but a real home-away-from-home experience, far from the likes of a poorly appointed hotel room! Several more are soon to come, so stay tuned for new arrivals, both in Paris and Nice.

It’s easy to reserve. Simply visit Parler Paris Apartments and peruse the entire roster of possibilities. Find the apartments that suit your tastes, check their calendars to ensure your travel dates are available, complete the Online Request Form and click “Continue” — and you’re on your way to booking your next Paris stay in one of the city’s finest ‘drop-dead’ fabulous apartments that few others can match…all owned and offered by people just like yourselves.

Happy Labor Day!

A la prochaine…
