Life in Paris began on the Ile de la Cité and your new life in Paris can begin there, too.
The Ile de la Cité is one of the two remaining natural islands in the Seine within the city of Paris where you will find the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris (built beginning in 1163), Louis IX’s Sainte-Chapelle (1245) and the Conciergerie, where Marie Antoinette awaited execution in 1793…among other historic sites. It’s also “Kilometer Zero” — the starting point from which all distances in France are measured. It just doesn’t get more central than this, nor more important from a Paris perspective.

There is a queen-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster), a dining table with direct views on Notre Dame, a modern bathroom with a full shower and a combination washing machine/dryer. You can unpack and make yourself at home by filling the apartment’s spacious full length wardrobe. Amenities include cable TV, high speed Internet access (WiFi), free telephone service land line and cell phones in many countries (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, most European countries, and South America), and a CD stereo system. You will be for wont of nothing!
The apartment is even equipped with it’s own “cave” (cellar) and each owner has the right to leave one carry on suitcase with their personal effects to reduce their luggage when they travel to stay in Le Notre Dame each time.
With only four shares left, now is the time to consider having one of them for yourself before they are gone. Each share is four weeks, and it can be taken as four consecutive weeks, or two sets of two weeks. Two-week blocks of shares are priced as low as 24,900, making four weeks a year usage in your own property next to Notre Dame as inexpensive as 49,800. In addition to the purchase price, the annual association dues for each four- week share is 1,300 which includes everything (maintenance, charges, co-op fees, taxes, accounting and legal work, cleaning, utilities, etc.) As a new buyer, naturally you will only pay your pro-rata portion for the remainder of the year.
