New York Times bestselling author Craig Carlson first came to France as an exchange student in 1985 and instantly fell in love with the country. He never could have imagined that some thirty-five years later, he’d be the owner of two American diners in Paris and be nicknamed “Le Pancake Kid” by the French. With a background in journalism, Craig studied cinema at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts, using his experience as a screenwriter to pen his debut memoir, Pancakes in Paris: Living the American Dream in France.
Craig and his husband, Julien, currently split their time between Paris and Los Angeles. Well, at least they try to. With two busy diners that can’t be left alone for too long, their lives lean heavily on the Paris side, which, of course, is not such a bad thing, n’est-ce pas?
Patricia is the author of the best-selling Love in Provence series and other award-winning women’s fiction. She also writes about and shares photography of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur on Instagram and her own website.

She has taught at the Sophia Institute in Charleston, SC, and the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Her writing has appeared in many luxury and consumer magazines worldwide and includes interviews with NYT bestselling authors, Gregg Braden, Dr. Eben Alexander, Lynne McTaggart, Dr. Joe Dispenza, renowned architects, business icons, and more. She also hosted the Divinely Inspired Radio show on Unity FM. Debra worked in international business until she felt a deeper calling to write. She also does intuitive readings for people worldwide.

Her book, Nice Uncovered: Walks Through the Secret Heart of a Historic City allows you to see Nice as it’s never been seen before in seven self-guided walking tours that reveal the true story of Nice. From the little-known stories behind Nice’s best-known sights to secret places that would even surprise locals, Nice is finally “uncovered”.
Oliver Gee runs the award-winning travel channel The Earful Tower, which is podcasts, videos, and books about Paris and France. His latest children’s books are Roger the Liger in Paris and Kylie the Crocodile in Paris.
