We were open to a few arrondissements that he knew would not be a good fit, and deftly steered us to the 11th arrondissement on the border of the 3rd. Second, he was quick! In less than three weeks we had a lease signed for the apartment of our dreams! The agent was super helpful and set-up all the utilities we needed and was available on short notice to meet our sister-in-law to show her around the apartment and get her settled. Additionally, he was super responsive and always available. I thought the process was excellent! We received a great list and were encouraged to provide our own listings that we had discovered as well. This collaboration led him to investigate one of the units we found, which we ended up renting! There are a couple of reasons ALG was our go-to source.
