We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to you [ALG’s Search Consultant] for all of the support and assistance you have provided us in this journey to begin our life in Nice, France! From having the connection with our landlord and making our Adrian Leeds Group apartment search consultant aware of the apartment we now happily inhabit, to connecting our internet, electric, phone and guiding us through opening a French bank account, you have provided excellent, friendly service that has made a huge difference in our ability to make the transition to our new country. You were with us throughout the appointments you had made for us at the bank and at Orange, communicating with Amelie at the bank and with us until the process was complete, and at Orange until we had secured our cable and internet and French phone number.

Your attention to client service has contributed to our very positive feelings about having entered into an agreement with Adrian Leeds Group to help us find our apartment and to maneuver the most important tasks associated with making such a huge move and establishing a new life here in Nice, especially since we are not fluent French speakers! You have also cheerfully and professionally engaged with our landlord to ameliorate some of the “hiccups” we have experienced since we signed our lease, and helped us to navigate a requirement to register as residents of the Port in advance of the UN Oceans Conference that begins on Monday. Instead of telling us to call the French number and “just hope you get someone who speaks English,” you took the extra three minutes to call the number, speak to the individual and find out what and where we needed to go to accomplish the task.

Lastly, thank you for sharing the connections that have within the community so that we could, in turn, connect easily with reputable painters and handymen, and resources for bedding and appliances— all based on your experience and a genuine desire to be of service to clients.
