Aller-Retour: Nice to Paris or From Anywhere to Paris. You Can Have it All!
It’s so interesting how things evolve. Most of our clients now are settling in Nice, rather than Paris. The weather is better. The price of real estate is half. The community has grown by leaps and bounds. The access to other worldly places is easier thanks to its international airport. It’s more relaxed and easier to maneuver. Even the Mediterranean diet is healthier. Our clients there LOVE IT.
But, they are missing the cultural Mecca that is Paris. And I don’t blame them, since I go back and forth like a yo-yo myself. Aller-Retour, Aller-Retour. It’s easy on the train (TGV in six hours) and flights are almost every 30 minutes from Orly or CDG. Plus it’s all inexpensive.

Very often when talking with clients, I explain that they might not have to choose between the two cities—they can have both, like I do. They can own in Nice where property is less expensive, but rent a small pied-à-terre in Paris or own a share in a Paris fractional apartment. It’s a win-win.
Then, I realized that there aren’t any small studio apartments in Paris offering Fractional Ownership. All the developers are offering two-bedroom apartments with big price tags. Ugh. So, guess who’s going to fix that?
You guessed it. Us.

Stay tuned. We’re on the lookout for a sexy, smart, sweet pied-à-terre that you can call home four weeks a year or more for under 75,000€ a share. (We won’t price-gouge. It’s not our style.)
It will be well-located. It will be newly renovated by Martine di Mattéo. We’ll manage it professionally so you can just show up with your little suitcase and off you go to Le Louvre or the Musée d’Orsay or the Opera Garnier. It will be the perfect Paris pied-à-terre for your cultural and dining-out fixes and whatever else you want to do in Paris. Then, you can go home to your life in Nice, or another part of France, or elsewhere in the world without a care in the world.
