It has two balconies—one overlooking rue de France and the other overlooking rue Massenet (both pedestrian streets)—with a view of the sea from that balcony. The floor plan has been completed to include two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a tub), and one toilet, with an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen.

The apartment was recently completely renovated to perfection by Designer Laura Poirier—such perfection that it was used in a recent episode of House Hunters International episode (“Californians Take Tax Practice to France”).

The apartment is outfitted with a queen-sized Murphy bed (also known as a pull-down bed, fold-down bed, or wall bed) that when closed, converts to a comfortable sofa, saving lots of livable space.

The newly installed kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large refrigerator.

The bathroom has a very spacious shower with a heated towel warmer, a window, and lots of light.

The private garden can be entered not only from the large glass sliding doors of the apartment, but also from the outdoor entry path to the building, making the apartment entirely “mobility-friendly.” We’re making this property pet-friendly, too (unlike the other fractional properties which don’t allow pets), thanks to its private garden.

The location on the Promenade des Anglais is close to the Magnan tram and bus stops for very easy and fast access to Place Masséna, Old Town, and the Old Port…as well as to the airport! It’s convenient for all Nice and the Côte d’Azur has to offer.
