MEET HAND-HOLDING FIONA
Our newest team member in Paris is Fiona Costello, Immigration and French Administration Assistance. She may be Irish, but we won’t hold that against her (!). She’s a cracker jack at getting things done. And that’s no easy task when it comes to French bureaucracy!
If you’re moving to France and need a bit of hand-holding through the visa process, as well as assisting you in acquiring your Social Security number in France and Carte Vitale, or acquiring your French driving license, then Fiona is the perfect person on our staff to assist you. She can also attend your building’s General Assembly on your behalf, vote and report back to you! Working with Fiona assumes you have already consulted with Adrian Leeds or a senior staff member, and they have recommended that you work with Fiona to make the whole process a whole lot easier and hassle-free.

Fiona starts with a conversation on how to approach the move abroad depending on your individual circumstances. These sessions spark the questions you didn’t know you needed to ask in the process of curating your life in France.
Her Hand Holding Services include:
• Applying for and acquiring your Visa to France
• Applying to PUMA to acquire your “Carte Vitale”—French Healthcare Card
• Applying for and acquiring your French Driving License
• Attending your building’s General Assembly on your behalf, voting with proxy, and reporting back
About Fiona Costello
Fiona may have been born and raised in Galway, Ireland, but her childhood included brief but impactful periods living in Pittsburgh and Minnesota. At just 18, she embarked on a new adventure, moving to Paris in 2012 to work as an Au Pair. This initial leap into French life quickly evolved into a career in hospitality management, where she honed her skills in client relations and operational excellence.
In 2020, she transitioned into the real estate sector where she began working in a traditional agency. Her dedication and drive led her to obtain her entrepreneur’s license just one year later, solidifying her commitment to the industry. In 2023, she proudly became a French citizen, a testament to her deep integration and love for her adopted home. She is now fully bilingual in English and French, allowing her to connect with a broad range of clients and navigate both cultures seamlessly.
She is often described as honest and hardworking, with an innate ability to always “find a solution”—a quality she brings to every aspect of her life. When she’s not navigating the Parisian property market, she indulges her love for music and singing, hitting the gym, or experimenting in the kitchen. Her competitive streak dates back to her teens, when she was a champion Irish dancer!
In all her endeavors, she is deeply passionate about helping people achieve their goals and striving to make life easier for them.
Note: For serious questions about acquiring the proper Visa, it’s best to work with our recommended attorneys. These services are available only to our consultation and search clients. For more information, and to subscribe to these services, contact us.
