LA VILLA PLAISANCE
The second property is La Villa Plaisance in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is known as the “Peninsula of Billionaires” and it’s just a 20-minute drive from Nice. The Number 15 bus takes you from central Nice to the Port de Plaisance on the illustrious Riviera peninsula in about 35 minutes. La Villa Plaisance is a two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment steps from the Port de Plaisance. It’s both heated and air-conditioned and fully furnished for absolute comfort.
Maybe you aren’t familiar with Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat? Surely you know about it, but it wouldn’t surprise me if you’ve never had the absolute pleasure of spending time there. It’s the chicest and most expensive area on the French Riviera, so this is a very special offering. They don’t come along often, and especially at the low prices we’ve made the shares.
