From her hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina to the Côte d’Azur, Katie’s path has always led toward beauty, culture, and design. With degrees in Business Administration and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a graduate degree in Art, Style & Design from Christie’s Education in London, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight and refined aesthetic sensibility to every client interaction.
Her early love for the French language and lifestyle began in kindergarten and deepened with a formative summer in Arcachon at age fifteen. A semester abroad at ESSEC in Paris sealed her bond with France—a connection she nurtured for years before making her long-awaited return as a full-time resident of the Riviera.
Professionally, Katie honed her skills in product design and development at Saks Fifth Avenue, Belk and Lowe’s Companies, where she translated consumer needs into tangible, on trend merchandise for apparel and the home. That experience, paired with her lifelong interest in interior design, renovation, and architecture, gives her a unique perspective on property—not just as an investment, but as an expression of lifestyle and identity.
Based in Nice, Katie offers our clients a thoughtful, design-forward approach to buying and selling property on the Riviera. She understands that a home is more than four walls—it’s where life unfolds beautifully.
She is joined by her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Spencer, who also enjoys strolls along the Promenade, people watching in cafes and frequenting the many local markets in search of a rare find.
